Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment

The Agent is appointed as a non-exclusive independent commission-based marketing agent for Eltita Properties. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.

2. Scope of Work

The Agent shall:

• Promote Eltita Properties and its products and services.
• Display the official Eltita Properties QR code sticker at the Agent's business location.
• Encourage prospective clients to scan the QR code and complete their registration through the Company's digital platform.
• Educate prospective clients on the Company's payment plans and onboarding process using only approved marketing materials.

3. QR Code Usage

• The QR code remains the property of Eltita Properties.
• The Agent shall not alter, copy, replace, or misuse the QR code.
• The QR code shall only be used for client onboarding approved by the Company.

4. Client Payments

• Agents are strictly prohibited from collecting cash, Mobile Money, bank transfers, cheques, or any other form of payment from clients.
• All client payments must be made directly through the official payment channels provided by Eltita Properties.
• Any Agent who collects money from a client without written authorization will have their appointment terminated immediately and may face legal action.

5. Site Visits

• Agents are not permitted to organize, conduct, or accompany clients on land inspection visits.
• All site inspections shall be arranged and conducted only by the authorized Site Management Team of Eltita Properties.
• Agents shall direct interested clients to book site visits through the Company's official channels.

6. Commission

• Agents shall earn commission only on successful client registrations and/or verified payments made through the Company's approved system, in accordance with the Company's commission policy.
• Commission will not be paid for cancelled, fraudulent, or incomplete transactions.
• The Company reserves the right to revise commission rates upon reasonable notice.
• An Agent will receive GHS 150 per client if the client makes a 10% payment after the first month.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The Agent shall not:

• Make false promises or guarantees.
• Misrepresent property information or prices.
• Collect client payments.
• Issue receipts.
• Sign contracts on behalf of the Company.
• Use the Company's name or logo without authorization.
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct.

8. Confidentiality

The Agent shall keep confidential all customer information, Company data, pricing, business strategies, and other confidential information.

9. Termination

Eltita Properties may suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately if the Agent:

• Collects money from clients.
• Misuses the QR code.
• Misleads clients.
• Engages in fraud or misconduct.
• Damages the reputation of the Company.

10. Limitation of Authority

The Agent has no authority to bind Eltita Properties to any agreement, promise, or obligation unless expressly authorized in writing.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

12. Acceptance

By accepting these terms, the Agent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
