What kind of land does Eltita Properties sell?

We sell verified, demarcated plots across Ghana. Every listing shows the exact size in square metres (and in feet where available), location, title status and price before you commit.

How do I reserve a plot?

Open the land you like, choose a payment plan and complete checkout. A plot is only reserved once your reservation payment is confirmed, which must be within 2 hours of registration.

Can I visit the site before buying?

Yes. Site inspections are arranged and conducted only by our authorised Site Management Team. Book a visit through the Contact page and we will schedule you.

What payment plans are available?

Daily, weekly and monthly plans are available, with monthly plans running up to 12 months. The plan cards on each land page show the exact instalment amount before you start.

How do I pay?

All payments are made in the app through our secure payment partner — card or mobile money. Never pay cash to an agent. Every payment generates an electronic receipt in your dashboard.

What happens if I miss payments?

Late or missed payments may attract penalties. If by the 3rd month you have not paid 30% of the total amount, your payment is refunded to you after a 20% administration fee is deducted.

Can I pay off my plan early?

Yes. Your dashboard has a Pay Off option that settles the remaining balance in one payment.

Can someone else pay for me?

Yes. Each plan has a unique Pay4Me link and QR code you can share. Every contribution made through your link is recorded automatically on your dashboard.

Can I cancel and get my money back?

If you cancel within 24 hours you receive 100% of what you paid. After 24 hours, 20% is deducted and the balance is returned to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed and sent within 72 hours of approval.

When do I receive my documents?

Ownership documents are transferred once the purchase price is fully paid and all contractual obligations are satisfied. You can start development after final payment and receipt of your documents.

Why do you ask for next of kin details?

So that in the unfortunate event of a demise we have someone to contact regarding your ownership record. You can add these details on your profile page.

Can I install Eltita Properties as an app?
