1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using the Eltita Properties website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information during registration and must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Services

Eltita Properties provides a digital platform for listing, marketing, reserving, and purchasing land and property. The company facilitates installment payment plans where applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Make payments on time.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

5. Payments

By the 3rd month, if a user is not able to pay 30% of the total amount, their payment will be refunded to them after 20% has been deducted as an administration fee from the total amount paid.

• All payments must be made through the web app.
• Receipts will be issued electronically.
• Late or missed payments may result in penalties.

6. Property Reservation

A property is considered reserved only after the required reservation payment has been confirmed within 2 hours of registration. Eltita Properties reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.

7. Refund Policy

Users will get 100% of the amount paid in full only if the cancellation is made before 24 hours.

After 24 hours, 20% will be deducted from the user's account and the balance will be sent to him/her.

The user will receive their refund within 72 hours.

8. Ownership Transfer

Ownership documents will only be transferred after the buyer has fully paid the purchase price and satisfied all contractual obligations.

Clients can start development after final payment and after receiving their documents.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and software on the platform belong to Eltita Properties and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eltita Properties is not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, user errors, payment provider failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension

The company may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, false information, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms.

13. Amendments

Eltita Properties may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

15. Next of Kin

Next of kin details must be provided so that, in case of any demise, we can contact them.
